Production line for tile factory
At Tamesh factory, I led a team of professionals who designed and manufactured the tile factory granule production lines
In addition to cyclones, wet scrubbers, spray dryers, and other things in this category, I designed them with my team
Our design has utilized a variety of materials, including stainless steel 304, 304L, 309, 310, 316, 321, 410, and 430, cast iron, ductile iron, as well as other items
I was given Solidworks and AutoCAD sheets to flatten and cut for nesting, and to nest the sheets, I used Pronest and exported G-code for the laser and plasma machines
We were drawing for the production line and I explained to the line managers that after assembling each part, we would need to check and approve it with quality control. To make a long story short, I had been learning a lot about that industry
Ballmill
I was then appointed to ball mill line manager after managing the design team for quite some time and it was a very rewarding experience for me because I had the opportunity to work with many great people
With my new team, I designed and manufactured a ball mill and gained a lot of experience with the materials (St 37, St 52, Cast iron, Ductile iron, Rubber linear, and worked with several machines like borer machines, CNC machines, etc)
Valves
In the petrochemical industry, I am responsible for the design of parts and components (seats, plugs, gates, stems, diaphragm valves, bushings, nuts, bonnets, and everything inside valves) and the quality control of dimensions and materials
The experience I had in those industries was good for me
Asia-Pacific and Iran open international robotic competition
I became the youngest referee in the competition and I had a rewarding experience in the Arbitrator group because of my success in the robotics field. The Asia-Pacific Competition promoted me to referee and set up the technical committee for junior competition for 2 years (2017-2019)
University experiences
During my time in university, because of my many experiences as well as my involvement in various fields, I became the head of many competitions and exhibitions such as the exhibition that I worked with IPA (Iran Physics Association) and it was very successful and another example, I organized the first mathematical exhibition in this province called CWMD (Celebrating World Math Day) and I was the organizer of many robotic competitions
