About me
I am a senior Mechanical Design Engineer with seven years of hands-on experience in industries. My journey began at the age of 15 when I worked on designing robots for competitions. I achieved many national and international competition awards, such as Khwarizmi, Amirkabir and Iran-open, which motivated me to pursue mechanical engineering at the university level, with the aim of becoming a proficient mechanical engineer. My motto is always that the most complex designs are made of simplest shapes.
Hard Skills
The beginning of my scientific and engineering work goes back to the summer of 2007, when I initially became familiar with electronics, programming and mechanics. In 2009, I chose the mechanical section of robotics for the Khwarizmi competition and I researched in this field. I also became familiar with SolidWorks software and started designing robots using this software. In that competition, our team won the first-place position and since then, I have felt a passion for learning and advancing in the field of mechanical engineering.
My passion for mechanical engineering design has led me to accept any challenge in the design and optimization of systems as a member of the team that I am involved with. I am committed to taking steps towards the progress and improvement of mechanical systems. According to the experiences I have gained over the years, I always try to increase production efficiency in various fields. I am also eager to accept any challenges to improve my knowledge.
Typically, I am responsible for designing, manufacturing and testing initial prototypes of components and devices because I am a detail-oriented person. Most of the time I voluntarily do whatever I can to solving and improving the various problems of the factory.
Due to my involvement in various industries, I am familiar with different alloys. some of alloys which I have worked with include SS.304, SS.309, SS.310, SS.316, SS.321, SS.430, WBS, A.105, MO.40, CK.45. In the manufacturing process, I have experience with sheet metal processing, nesting, bending, pressing, shaping, machining, welding, and welding inspections.
A list of software that I have worked on over the years includes:
SolidWorks
AutoCAD
ProNest
Plate`n`Sheet
Camnetics Softwares
KeyShot
CimcoEdit
Excel
Visio
Edraw Max
MSP
Word
PowerPoint
Soft Skills
Specializing in
There are many different things that I specialize in, but I think 6 of them stand out in bold to me
Robotics
The robotics field was the place where I started my engineering experiences, and I won many prizes and was actively involved. Despite my passion for designing robots and putting a lot of effort into improving them, I see the world differently now. It is my belief that robotics is the future of the world, and we must work hard to improve it
Team work
Science teamwork has been a very good experience for me since I was 15 and has given me a better grasp of everything. The opportunity to work with a group that shares knowledge with me is very appealing to me. My job most of the time required me to work in groups
Mechanics
In addition to my mechanical engineering degree, I have experience designing and manufacturing medical equipments, petrochemical industry valves, and product lines for the petrochemical industry over the past three years It is my passion to design mechatronic devices and use my mechanical knowledge to solve problems
Softwares
My main designing and drafting software is Solidworks, AutoCAD for sheetmetal and cutting DXF for sheets, Pronest for nesting DXF in sheets, Microsoft Office for reports and organizing, and Camnetics for gear designs and cams in Solidworks. These are just a few of the programs I use
R&D
My opinion is that research and development are based on every knowledge we produce, which means that we must constantly improve our knowledge in order to better serve science and to work better. Furthermore, it is a good means for manufacturing and improving the devices to be used for science
Material sciences
Material science and micro composites are something that I am interested in, and I have experience making conductive adhesives with research and development in my lab. I use my expertise to design and build the machines that I need to manufacture that, such as a simple all-horizontal centrifuge for chemical deaeration and a machine for filling injectable adhesive in syringes
